5/5 The product cooled our house down!

This AC unit cooled our house down and is very quiet. My only question is why does it constantly run? It has been at the temperature we set but still continues to blow out cold air. Any suggestions on what to do?

5/5 Perfect solution to our needs.

We love the units we have in two rooms of a vacation cabin. More pricey then the old window units but what a more comfortable difference.

5/5 Saving money on electricity

I have two MS8Z systems. One has three heads and the other has two. I only heat/cool the rooms that are being used. I have cut my heating and cooling bills almost in half. Previously I had electric baseboard heating and window air conditioners. I''m saving money and I have my windows back. These should pay for themselves in about five years based on my current savings.

2/5 Noise / Temperature

The indoor unit is a little noisy...35 db for an 18,000 BTU model, plus it doesn''t regulate room temperature very well - it''s either too hot or too cold. I also don''t recommend mounting the outdoor unit on an exterior wall - too much noise and vibration. I have to turn up TV volume to drown it out.

2/5 This has been a nightmare since Day One

My unit never shuts off even if the house is at the right temperature. It blows cold air instead of shutting down. I had to have the entire unit replaced once (lemons do happen) I have read the manual many times....what am I doing wrong? The noise of the fan drives me crazy. It actually increased my electric bill.

4/5 Comfortable

The unit gives us good comfort in the house winter like summer. We''re very happy. I would have tough 3 to comments for improvement. 1. We would have like the availability of wall control, and maybe wifi, to have more programs available to progam the unit for the night, day . 2. The 2 icons for the cool and the heat are both white a little bit confusing. I would prefer a blue for the winter and yellow for the summer. 3. Why not energyStar? Thank you

5/5 Works great!!!

I bought the 24,000 BTU unit and had it installed. I have 2 x 12,000 BTU heads running off it. One for my basement and one on the main floor. And it works great. Lot''s of heat. I usually keep it down to 18 C. Very quit. Hope to get many years of use out of it. Beats heating with Electric baseboard heaters.

5/5 A lifesaver

The system works exactly as advertised. Installed in August and the units cool the areas in 2-3 minutes. three units cools entire house. Very quiet even with the fan on high. Have only tried the heat function for a minute to ensure it was working, but I''m sure it will be just as efficient this winter. Previously had no a/c in house and wife''s allergies prevented having windows/doors open.

5/5 Exactly what we needed.

We currently have in-floor propane heating, & before purchasing this product we had no A/C. The in-floor heat has become increasingly costly with the rise in propane prices, and added to the need for A/C we investigated ductless heat pumps. We decided on this one because of the value, consumer ratings, & ease of purchase/rebate through our warehouse membership. We are impressed by the efficiency, ease of use, and cost savings of the units (3 rooms). A special bonus is cleaner indoor air.

5/5 Quiet and efficient

Product does and excellent job! It is quiet and efficient and has reduced by electric bill from using window unit by half. This is first unit I had installed in Montana. Have several mini-splits in Hawaii used for air conditioning.
